Manatee Park is located just outside the city of Fort Myers, on a small river that branches off of the Caloosahatchee River, near the Florida Power and Light plant. This 17-acre Regional Park opened in 1996. It was built on land owned by Florida Power & Light and it is run through a cooperative effort of partners & sponsors.
